Tariff

Includes all facilities described. As St Lawrence’s is operated entirely by volunteers, organisers are requested to leave the venue in a clean and tidy condition.   There is no rubbish collection from St Lawrence’s so it would be appreciated if any rubbish could be taken away by event organisers.   Organisers will also need to arrange setting-up prior to, and clearing-away following, their events, assistance may be available by prior arrangement.   The stewarding and supervision of events and exhibitions are not included, however we would be pleased to give advice on request.  Light catering is also available.

 

Concerts

 

From 12 noon to 11 pm £90,  5 pm to 11 pm   £70

 

Exhibitions, (Paintings, Drawings, etc.) with sales

 

Hire fee per day £20, Commission on sales 10%
